The MAX4888AETI+ is a 5Gbps PCI Express passive switch in 28 pin TQFN package. This high speed passive switch routes PCI Express (PCIe) data between two possible destinations. The MAX4888A is a quad single pole/double throw (4 x SPDT) switch and it is ideally suited for switching two half lanes of PCIe data between two destinations. The device features a single digital control input (SEL) to switch signal paths.

• Power supply range from 1.65V to 3.6V and V+ supply current of 60µA
• Supports PCIe Gen I and Gen II data rates
• Flow through pin configuration for ease of layout and industry compatible pin-out
• Off isolation of -56dB at f = 10MHz and -26dB at f = 1.25GHz
• 7ohm on-resistance and 1ohm maximum on-resistance match between pairs of same channel
• 2ohm maximum on-resistance match between channels and 2ohm maximum on-resistance flatness
• Turn-on time of 90ns, turn-off time of 10ns and propagation delay of 50ps
• Crosstalk of -53dB at f = 50MHz and -32dB at f = 1.25GHz
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
